The story behind iLottoPick

A free, no-nonsense lottery number generator — built by someone who plays the lottery himself and just wanted a simpler way to pick numbers.

Hi — I'm Randal White, the developer behind iLottoPick. The whole thing started with a simple itch. Years ago I wanted a quick, simple way to generate numbers for the lottery games I play. Nothing fancy, no clutter, no sign-up — just open it, get a clean set of numbers, and go. I figured if it would save me a minute, it would probably help plenty of other people too. So I built it, put it online for free, and iLottoPick was born.

That's still the entire idea. iLottoPick is a free tool that hands you instant, unbiased Quick Picks for Powerball, Mega Millions, and a growing list of other games. It runs right in your browser, there's nothing to install, and it doesn't ask you for anything. The number generation uses your device's cryptographically secure randomness, so every number truly has an equal chance — no "lucky" weighting, no gimmicks, no secret formula.

And in the interest of full honesty, I still haven't hit the big one. That's part of why iLottoPick stays grounded: I'm not here to sell you a "winning system," because I know firsthand there isn't one. What I can offer is a tool that's fast, fair, and built with the same care I'd put into anything I ship professionally.

Where I stand on "winning numbers"

Every lottery drawing is independent and random. No generator — mine included — can improve your odds, and no number is ever "due" or "hot" in any way that predicts the next draw. The frequency charts on the Powerball and Mega Millions stats pages describe what has already happened; they don't forecast what's coming.

iLottoPick is here to make picking numbers easier and a little more fun — nothing more. Please play responsibly, only spend what you can comfortably afford to lose, and treat it as entertainment. If gambling stops being fun, help is available through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.
